Serge has been founder, owner and shareholder of various companies. He has over 45 years' experience in business management in various industries. He has been a consultant in the search for government grants and subsidies, a member of the Uni-Select marketing committee and an active member of the Groupement des chefs d'entreprises. Serge has over 20 years' experience as a merger and acquisition consultant. At Match Entreprises, Serge is in charge of business development for M&A mandates. He specializes in structuring transactions and identifying potential buyers.
Serge is also a member of the OACIQ as a real estate broker under the Royale Lepage commercial & industrial division banner.
Chantal Daigneault began her career as Account Manager at Ingénierie Match Entreprises Inc. where she was responsible for researching government grants for businesses and coordinating grant applications for commercial clients. Chantal has now been providing consulting services for merger and acquisition transactions for over 20 years.
At Match Entreprises, Chantal is in charge of file coordination and follow-up.
Chantal holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
Christopher has held a variety of positions, most notably with the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, where he was part of the corporate fixed-income group, then with RBC Capital Markets in the Montreal real estate group, and finally with Axium Infrastructure's Montreal private equity team.
Christopher is responsible for leading corporate finance mandates, major M&A mandates and corporate advisory mandates. He specializes in transaction structuring, business valuation and financial analysis.
Christopher holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in finance from McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management.
Robert comes from a family of entrepreneurs, having founded and run a variety of companies with over 30 years' experience, the customer has always been at the heart of his concerns, so that business relationships remain human and personalized.
Robert is in charge of business development, canvassing, representation and customer relations.
